Agent Stats - 


As a Sales Manager or Agent -

At times, When you take a break and want to review your work, do analysis, and then plan the next set of activities on leads. It becomes easy if you've access to collated data or the activities done by you at a single place and easily accessible. 

Moreover, you don't need to tap your manager everytime to get access to all the data points.


How Agent Stats will help you out?

"Agent Stats" will help you out to see all your work, activities i.e. Calls Activity, Planned - Site Visit, F2F meetings, FollowUps, WIP leads, etc...

Furthermore, the total number of Bookings done by you, revenue generated from all the Bookings, leads which are in the booking done state, and Expected revenue & Sales value generated in the pipeline.,

You can even choose a date range and get access to past or future activities as well.

2. Where to Access " Your Stats" from Sales App?

     Click on the Settings tab (the last tab in Sales App, as shown in the pic below).



3. The data you see from the "Your Stats" Section - 

     i. All Projects - Select one or multiple projects and see all Activities.

   


        note - Only active projects (Where you're are working will be Shown).

    ii. Activity - You don't need to do extra Activities to get access to all your Activities!

                             This tab gives you total WIP Leads, Followups, Site Visits & F2F Meetings. 

                             Also, the aggregation of Followups/Site Visits/Revisits planned, missed, & done.

 

        

        note - Failed = junk + fail

        iii. Leads Received - Get the count of all the leads received by you and WIP leads.

                For example - Lead received on 10th August will only show the total number of leads received 

                                             on 10th August and activities on only those leads.



    iv. Calls Activity - Don't need to "recall all the calls" (successful/unsuccessful) made by you. 

                                          Get the Outgoing Successful Calls along with Call duration.



        note - Only calls made to Lead will be counted(not cp or referral).

    v. Revenue - You've done a great job (you say to yourself), whenever you see these numbers! 

                               Get to know the Total Bookings done by you and the sales revenue generated against all 

                               the Bookings and what's there in the Pipeline?

       


4. Check your Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Activities, and even select Custom Range

     Select the calendar date and review your performance on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

   


Even Choose a Custom Date Range - 



You get Access of - 


i. Past Data of 1 year from the current month. 

For example - If you select September 2020, you'll see the data till last year September 2019.

ii. Now see the future planned activities for the next 3 months (from the current month).

iii. On selection of Monthly & Quarterly, it'll show the data till the Year, 2018. 


5. Confused about the terms used in the App! Now, you've got access to "Read about stats" -  

This section gives you clarity on the terms you see in the Sales application i.e Total Bookings Vs Bookings, WIP Leads, Ignored, etc...

Q1: How much time it takes to update?

Ans: We try our best to make it real-time, but it can take upto 30 mins.

Q2: Does this work online or offline?

Ans: Agent Stats work only in online mode. 

Q3: Is this report visible to my Manager?

Ans: Yes, on his/her dashboard.

Q4: Can I select Multiple Project?

Ans: Yes.
