1. Activity 



  • This section gives an overall activity status on leads received from any of the channel partners.
  • It gives you channel partner wise data of Visits Done, Bookings and Sales value generated
  • You'll also find expected closure count and revenue in pipeline for each of the channel partners.


Activity - Time Range(individual) Filter 



  • Note - Time Range(individual) is applied individually on each column.
  • By default you'll see all time data, i.e. the total value for each column.
  • Note - You can refer to the Time Range Filters doc for detailed information on Time Range and More Filters.


Activity - Rows Filter


  • You can select the Rows and customize the report.
  • For an Instance, if you are interested to see firm wise report or channel partner wise report


Activity - Columns Filter


  • You can select or deselect one or multiple columns.
  • Report will be customized and will be available based on the selected Columns. 


Activity - Columns 


  • Visits done & Revisits done: Visits done on leads from channel partner as source.
  • Lead Direct Walk-ins with CP: Leads which have walked directly to site with CP as source.
  • CP in Booking Done: Leads with source as CP, which are currently marked as Booking done.
  • CP Total bookings: Total number of bookings done on leads from CP source, including multiple bookings an any lead.
  • Expected Closure Count: Leads with source as CP on which "Expected Timeline to Buy" field is filled with value under addition info of lead. Hot, if lead is in Negotiation state and cold, if lead is in either claimed, interested, meeting done or visit done.
  • Sales Pipeline: Leads with source as CP on which "Budget" field is filled with value under addition info of lead. Hot, if lead is in Negotiation state and cold, if lead is in either claimed, interested, meeting done or visit done.



2. Daily Activity 


  • Daily Activity report shows the daily numbers for visits done, leads moved to booking done, or leads moved to failed.
  • The report can be customized to view daily, weekly, monthly or yearly data.


Daily Activity - Time Range(lead) 


  • Time Range (lead) is applied on the lead received event of lead journey.
  • Note - You can refer to the Time Range Filters doc for detailed information on Time Range and More Filters. 


Daily Activity - Rows Filter 


  • You can select or deselect the Rows and can extract the report i.e. daily, weekly, monthly, yearly.


Daily Activity - Columns Filter



  • Columns can be customized to include or exclude columns.


3. Leads Received 


  • This report displays the overall status of all leads received so far with source as CP.


Leads Received - Time Range(lead)


  • Time Range(lead) is applied on when the leads were received in the system
  • Note - You can refer to the Time Range Filters doc for detailed information on Time Range and More Filters.

  • You can select the Rows and customize the report.
  • For an Instance, if you are interested to see firm wise report or channel partner wise report.

Lead Received - Columns 


  • CP leads received: The total leads received from CP as a source
  • CP WIP: The total leads which are currently work in progress (i.e. claimed, interested, meeting done, visit done, negotiation) out of the total leads received from CP as source.
  • CP in Booking Done: The total leads which are currently work in booking done state out of the total leads received from CP as source.
  • In Failed: The total leads which are currently work in failed state out of the total leads received from CP as source.
  • In Junk: The total leads which are currently work in junk state out of the total leads received from CP as source.
  • In Call Center: The total leads which are currently work in call-center out of the total leads received from CP as source.
  • Visits Done: The total leads which have visited the site at least once, out of the total leads received from CP as source.
  • Revisits Done: The total leads which have visited the site more than once, out of the total leads received from CP as source.
