Tagging Virtual Number in Project

1. Overview

A virtual number is tagged against one or multiple teams on lead generation received from different channels, sources, sub-source, and placements respectively.


Note: Virtual numbers chosen and tagged from here will have customers routed directly to Sales Agents only from their Digital campaigns. If there is a requirement for Call Centre routing, please request the respective regional Call Centre team to create a campaign and assign a Virtual number to the same.



2. How To Add A Virtual Number?




I. Click on ‘Tag Another Team Or Source’.


II. Select the team from the ‘Choose A Team’ drop-down.

Note: If you have not created the team, then you have to first create a team from the Mandate panel. You can select one or multiple teams who will start receiving customer calls via IVR numbers tagged here.


III. Select the ‘Source’ from the drop-down.


IV. Choose the ‘Sub Source’ from the drop-down.


V. Click on the ‘Reuse/Assign’ virtual number.


Note: Reuse/Assign virtual number will only pop up after adding the team, source, & sub-source.

In the above screenshot, the team is selected as Jiwesh Kushal's with 99acres as a source and 99acres_locality as a sub-source. 


VI. Select the Provider from the dropdown. 

Note: You can select 'Exotel' for landline numbers, or you can select 'Simple2call' to fetch mobile numbers.

3. Selecting the Landline Number


-> If you are choosing 'landline number' with Exotel, then you have to choose 'Number Type' & 'State' to fetch the available numbers. Numbers associated with your choices under your account will be shown and you can proceed to select a number.


-> Choose a number to assign to the project.


Post selection of the virtual number make sure you save changes to the mandate.



4. Selecting the Mobile Number


-> You can choose a 'mobile number' with Simple2call. Once selected in the dropdown, click on the Fetch numbers to see the available options. 


-> You can proceed to select the number to assign to the project.

Post selection of the virtual number make sure you save changes to the mandate.
