A virtual number is tagged against one or multiple teams on lead generation received from different channels, source, sub-source, and placement respectively.
Note: Virtual numbers chosen and tagged from here will have customers routed directly to Sales Agents only from their Digital campaigns. IF there is a requirement for Call Centre routing, please request the respective regional Call Centre team to create a campaign and assign a Virtual number on the same.
In the above screenshot, the team is selected as team134's with 99acres as a source and 99acres-ivr as sub-source. To assign an IVR, click on Reuse/Assign virtual number.
Now, select the Provider, Number Type, and Choose State and click on Fetch Numbers. Numbers associated with your choices under your account will be shown and you can proceed to select a number.
Choose a number to assign to the project.
Post selection of the virtual number make sure you save changes to the mandate.
