1. Accessing Lead Details



Steps to access Lead Details in the Sales Agent App:


I. To view or edit any lead, you have to click on the lead card.

II. Upon clicking on the lead card, all the mentioned details of the lead will appear.

Lead details that you can access:

- Lead ID

- Lead name

- Project name

- Lead source

- Lead category

- Lead status

- Lead project details

- Sharing project details

- Call logs

- Add notes & access previous notes

- Options to schedule a follow-up, face-to-face, & site visit with the lead

- Past events history of the lead

- Additional lead details

- Option for transferring lead to another project

- Contacting the lead via WhatsApp or call


2. Editing Lead Details, Category, & Status

2.1. Editing Lead Details

I. To edit the lead details, you can click on the pen icon shown at the top right corner. Alternatively, you can also scroll down to ‘Additional Client Info’, & click on edit.

II. Now, you can choose & edit any details of the lead from the given options & then click on the button ‘Update Lead’ at the bottom.


2.2. Editing Lead Category

I. Click on the ‘Update’ option in the category section to update the lead category.

II. Choose the category from Cold, Warm, & Hot, and then click on Done.


2.3. Editing Lead Status

I. Click on the ‘Change status’ in the status section.

II. Now you can click on the available buckets to move the lead accordingly.

III. Answer the questions in lead info form as required & save the details to move the lead.

3. Transferring The Lead

I. You can transfer the lead to a different project by clicking on the lead card, scrolling down the lead details & clicking on the ‘Transfer Lead’ button.

II. Choose the project name from the drop-down. Select lead status & add agent name along with the notes. 

III. Then click on the ‘Transfer Now’ button to transfer the lead to the agents accordingly.

4. Lead History

I. Go to any lead for whom you want to check the history.

II. Click on the lead card, scroll down to the ‘Past Events’ section & then click on ‘View all your past history’.

III. The history of the particular lead will open with the timeline having all the relevant details.


The lead history timeline will include:

- Event name, status, date & time

- Lead project

- Notes

- Call logs

- Channel, source, & other details
