2. Searching The Lead


  1. Click on the search icon at the bottom to view all your leads.
  2. Select the relevant filters and click on the 'View Leads' button at the bottom.
  3. Click on the search bar at the top of the lead list & add the name or number of the lead.
  4. Relevant leads will appear below the search bar.

3. Listing The Leads As Per Lead Claimed Date


  1. Click on the search icon at the bottom to view all your leads.
  2. Click on ‘Claimed (new to old)’ at the top left corner.
  3. Choose from the ‘old to new’, ‘new to old’ to list the leads as per the lead claim date.




4. Refining Your Lead Search By Applying Filters


  1. Click on the search icon at the bottom to view all your leads.
  2. Click on ‘Filters’ at the top right corner.
  3. Choose from the relevant filters accordingly & then click on the ‘View Leads’ button at the bottom.


Filters that you can use for refining the lead search

  • Project: Filter leads based on their interest shown in particular projects or properties.
  • Event Type: Follow-up, face-to-face, & site visits.
  • Event Status: Missed, planned, & completed.
  • Event Date: Ongoing day, ongoing week, or ongoing month.
  • Lead Type: Cold, warm, & hot.
  • Lead Source: Missed calls, patch-outs, transferred, digital inquiries, & self-creation.
  • Lead Status: Claimed, interested, meeting done, visit done, negotiation, booking done, & failed.
  • Lead Claim Date: Ongoing day, ongoing week, ongoing month, & previous day.
