You will get quick snapshots of the steps required for:

1. Virtual number tagging

2. Setting up lead flow logic

Virtual Number Tagging

We have to tag a virtual number for all the inbound campaigns of each DID number. Virtual number tagging is not required for outbound campaigns. Virtual number tagging can be done from the Mandate panel.

Steps for virtual number tagging:

1. Click on ‘Tag Another Team Or Source’.

2. Select the team from the ‘Choose A Team’ drop-down.

3. Note: If you have not created the team, then you have to first create a team from the Mandate panel.

4. Select the ‘Source’ from the drop-down.

5. Choose the ‘Sub Source’ from the drop-down.

6. Click on ‘Reuse/Assign’ virtual number.

Note: It will pop up after adding the team, source, & sub-source.

7. Choose the ‘Provider’ from the drop-down & click on the ‘Fetch’ button.

8. Select the ‘Number’ & update the details.

Setting Up Lead Flow Logic

To redirect calls to the Call Center, setting up lead flow logic is mandatory. After adding the virtual number, you can set lead flow logic from the Mandate panel itself.

Steps for setting up lead flow logic:

1. Click on ‘Add Logic Flow Detail’.

2. Add ‘Channel’.

3. Select ‘Source’ & ‘Subsource’.

4. Choose ‘Flow Type’ from the drop-down.

5. Check whether the ‘Status’ is active or not. If not, then activate the status.

6. Click on the ‘Save Changes To Mandate’ button.
