This kit is designed to help real estate developers like you & your agencies to integrate all the portals & digital channels with our CRMs without any hassle. 


1. 3 Steps Required To Integrate All Your Digital Channels

1. Reach out to our team to share all the requirements.

2. Anarock team will provide the required details of the respective digital channels mentioned below.

3. Once all the details are shared from the Anarock team, you will ask their tech team/3rd party team to integrate & test the services.


2. Leadgen Form Integration On Facebook

Note: The steps mentioned below are only applicable to the user having access to Facebook’s business account as a ‘page owner’.


1. Log in to your Facebook business account.

Alternatively, you can log in to your Facebook profile. Go to your page & then navigate to the page roles in the ‘Settings’ to give admin access to this profile- Sumeet Bali.


2. After login into your Facebook Business Account, 

Select your business account/owner name from the dropdown.

3. Go to ‘Pages’ and click on ‘Assign Partner’.


4. Add “Anarock Property Consultants” in “Assign Partner” through Business ID (1851682601573490).


5. Go to ‘Integration’ and click ‘Lead Access’. 


6. Click on ‘Assign Partners’ to give access to ‘Anarock’. 


7. Choose ‘Anarock Property Consultants’ from the pop-up.


8. Click on ‘Assign CRMs’ to give access to ‘Leadgen CRM’. 


9. Choose ‘Leadgen CRM’ from the pop-up.


10. Once the access is given, confirm the Anarock team to authenticate all the details.


3. Real-Estate Portal Integrations

1. Please contact 99acres to get API credentials as mentioned below.

Required API Credentials 

  • API Username

  • API Password

  • Project ID




2. Once you have the API credentials, share them with our team for the integration of 99acres.


3. After the Anarock team confirms the successful integration, you have to drop test leads & confirm the same.


4. For any errors during testing, please contact the Anarock team.


1. Please contact housing.com to get API credentials as mentioned below.

Required API Credentials 

  • Channel Key

  • Developer ID

  • Project ID (Numeric only)


2. Once you have the API credentials, share them with our team for the integration of Housing.com.


3. After the Anarock team confirms the successful integration, you have to drop test leads & confirm the same.


4. For any errors during testing, please contact the Anarock team.


1. Please contact Common Floor to get API credentials as mentioned below.

Required API Credentials 

  • Channel Key

  • Developer ID

  • Project ID




2. Once you have the API credentials, share them with our team for the integration of the Common Floor.


3. After the Anarock team confirms the successful integration, you have to drop test leads & confirm the same.


4. For any errors during testing, please contact the Anarock team.


1. Please contact Quikr to get API credentials as mentioned below.

Required API Credentials 

  • Key 1

  • Key 2

  • App ID

  • Email ID



2. Once you have the API credentials, share them with our team for the integration of Quikr.


3. After the Anarock team confirms the successful integration, you have to drop test leads & confirm the same.


4. For any errors during testing, please contact the Anarock team.




1. Ask the Magicbricks team to share the ‘Pull API URL’ with our team.

2. Share your Magicbricks page URL as well.

Once you share the above information of your project to Anarock Team, they will confirm Magicbricks integration and ask to send test leads from the campaign.


1. LinkedIn integration is routed via a 3rd party tool called Zapier. Our team has to be involved to complete all the steps for integration.


2. You have to share the credentials for your Zapier account & LinkedIn Business account with us.

Note: For LinkedIn integration, it is mandatory for you to have the Zapier’s ‘Professional’, ‘Team’, or ‘Company’ account. 


3. After sharing the details, our team will connect with you.



1. To integrate with Realatte, you have to copy the primary function by clicking on the SDK Link


2. Ask your agency/tech team to update the values of the keys as mentioned below:

  • - Channel Name
  • - API Key
  • - Env
  • - Host
  • - Campaign ID

Note: Our team will provide all the above details


3. Add the updated primary function inside the head tag of the HTML page of your website/application.


4. Test the lead form by submitting a test lead. If the test is successful, you will get the lead ID, and if it shows any errors, please share the screenshot with the Anarock team.


1. To integrate with CareerSocially, you have to copy the primary function by clicking on the SDK Link


2. Ask your agency/tech team to update the values of the keys as mentioned below:

  • - Channel Name
  • - API Key
  • - Env
  • - Host
  • - Campaign ID

Note: Our team will provide all the above details


3. Add the updated primary function inside the head tag of the HTML page of your website/application.


4. Test the lead form by submitting a test lead. If the test is successful, you will get the lead ID, and if it shows any errors, please share the screenshot with the Anarock team.


Please Note: 

Leads received from any of the integrated portals will not be in real-time because we use Pull API at the frequency of every 15-30 mins to get all the details from the portal. Hence, this results in a 15-30 mins delay to get all the inquiries from the customers. This is entirely due to the setup of the portal’s tech infrastructure.
