Sales App (Installation and Permissions - Android)

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough for installing and logging in to the Anarock CRM Sales mobile application on your Android Device. Whether you're a new sales agent or simply need a refresher, this guide will equip you to get up and running with the app efficiently.







  1. Go to Play Store on your device and search ‘Anarock crm sales’ and install ‘Anarocm CRM Sales’ App


      



  1. Open Sales app and follow instructions and provide all the necessary permission, the app will display a pop up  to install ‘Sales Connect”, follow the link and proceed to install the app from Play store


     


  1. Once both Sales App and Sales Connect have been installed, now we will provide all the necessary permissions, first for sales connect and then sales app.


(Note: Sales connect can be set as default dialer for ease of use, or if you wish to continue with your dialer app hit cancel)


  1. Sales Connect permissions:

       


  1. Provide call and Background activity related permissions:


      


  1. Once all permissions are provided, click on “begin test” to start a test call to check all the permissions provided, Sales App will open and display the dialer screen.



 


4. Now we will open the Sales app next and provide all the permissions.


         


  1. You will be greeted with the login screen after all the permissions are provided, enter your company code and hit next

  2. Enter your registered mobile no. the next screen and click ‘verify details’. The app will auto verify your OTP and log you into the app.


     



  1. Once login is succesfull the app will display the Homescreen
