1. About Project Feedback Form


Whenever a site visit is marked done with the CP, a feedback form for the project will open that agents can fill out. This form will help in getting a better detail of the channel partner & the project including CP availability, the project’s USP, CP interest, & so on. 


It will also be present on the CP details page. This form includes various important questions based on the feedback taken from various team leads who interact with channel partners. For each project, a separate feedback form will be available. 



2. Accessing Project Feedback Form

I. A project feedback form will automatically appear in the CP Sourcing App whenever a CP site visit is marked done.

II. Once all the questions are filled in, click on the ‘Submit’ button to update the feedback form.


III. If you want to view or refill the feedback form, then click on the CP card & scroll to the bottom. 


IV. Under the ‘Project Feedback Form’ section, click on the ‘View Response’ to check the previously filled form. And click on the ‘Re-fill form’ option to again fill the feedback form.

3. Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How can I add feedback from the CP Site Visits?

-> After marking the site visit completed in the CP sourcing app, the feedback form will automatically open.


Q. Can I edit the response to the feedback form?

-> You can only update the response of the feedback form by re-filing it.


Q. Why is the feedback form not opening when I am marking the site visit done?

-> The feedback form will not open after marking the site visit done in the following cases:

i. Feedback form for a particular project is already filled.

ii. The feedback form is not active in your mandate. In this case, please reach out to your team lead to confirm whether the feedback form is activated from the mandate or not.


Q. Is there only 1 feedback form for all the projects?

-> No. For every project, agents can fill out or access separate feedback forms.


Q. Can I skip any questions?

-> Some of the questions in the feedback form are mandatory. The ones that are not mandatory can be skipped.


Q. Can I edit the questions on the Project Feedback Form?

-> No, the questions can not be edited in the project feedback form. However, we are open to suggestions for adding or tweaking questions, which will be reflected in the next version/update of feedback forms.
