1. CP Sourcing App- Home
Column | Description |
Schedule an event | By clicking on the ‘Schedule an event’ button, you can add a new event with the CP. The ‘Schedule an event’ button will not appear if the events are already scheduled. In such cases, you can click on the ‘Plus icon’ present at the top right corner to schedule the events with CPs. |
Event filter | By clicking on the ‘Filter’ icon present on the left side of the ‘plus’ icon, you can filter the scheduled events based on date & event types. |
Visits proposed | Event type wherein you schedule a site visit with the CP. |
Follow up | Event type wherein, you can schedule a follow up with the CP. |
Face 2 face | Event type where you can schedule a face 2 face meeting with the CP. |
2. Bottom Navigation Bar
Column | Description |
Event | Show all the scheduled events with the CPs. |
CPs | You can view the list of all the CP cards having all the required information. |
Notification | Access all the notifications on your activities in the CP Sourcing App. |
More | Include the additional actions for projects, app settings, call logs, & support information. |
3. CP Card & CP Details
3.1. Top Navigation Bar
By using the top navigation bar, you can sort the CP cards in various order as per the below parameters:
- Recent follow up
- Recently added CPs
- Recent face 2 face
- Recent visit
- Recent booking
- CP ranking
3.2. CP Card
- CP name
- CP firm name
- Total visits proposed with the CP
- Total projects with the CP
- Connecting with CP- through WhatsApp or call
- Total number of upcoming events with the CP
- New event
3.3. CP Details
Click on the CP card to view the CP details, notes, CP history, & feedback form.
- CP name
- CP firm name
- Total visits
- Total projects
- Total bookings
- New event
- Share sales kit
- Notes
- Total calls
- CP history
- Project feedback form
- More (‘⠸ ’ at the top right corner)- for editing CP details & moving the CP to ‘not interested’.
