Customer side call recording not available/Call recorded with no sound/No recording available

For Agent side we always try to get call recording but we can’t guarantee for it :

1) Customer side call recording not available :  This is device specific
2) Recording available but no sound : depends on device + android version (Mostly seen on android 9 and 10)

Till now there is no solution for it until and unless google allow us officially

We will be doing a R&D in recording but we can’t predict any success rate.
