1. Restriction in event creation after unsuccessful calls modified to T+7 days -
Previously, Sales app users or agents could create events for only next 2 days in future(T+2 days) after an unsuccessful call or if no calls were made to the leas. This logic has been changed with the current release. The app users will now be able to schedule events in future for T+7 days. This is only applicable if the last call to the lead was unsuccessful or no call was ever made.
for eg: if today is 20th July, 2020, the following days will be available for scheduling:

An existing issue where past follow up events could be rescheduled or cancelled has been fixed. With the new release, any past followup cannot be rescheduled or cancelled.
