Sales connect app activity check
The Sales Connect app that's downloaded as a companion to the Sales Agent app handles call logging among other functionalities.
This app may be put to sleep in the background by specific phone brands like Oppo, Vivo, etc (devices in the non-recommended list) when the app is not actively functioning, resulting in calls not being logged or detected properly.
To ensure calls made to/from leads are logged correctly by the app, the Agent Sales app will now check periodically (every 10 minutes) if the Sales Connect app is running and active in the background.
Additional details when transferring lead from Visit Done to Final Negotiation
When transferring a lead from the Visit Done bucket to Final Negotiation, you'll be able to enter information about the property being negotiated.
Search using lead's phone number or name
While the search functionality always supported searching for a lead using either the phone number or the name, it's now explicitly mentioned in the search bar for clarity.
'Destination' removed from Site Visit event creation
The mandatory option to select destination has been removed from the Site Visit event creation page.
Toast: App status toggle
When the Sales app is toggled by the agent to activate or deactivate the app, a toast is shown to confirm the status.
More options available when cancelling an event
The status of lead flow is visible for individual projects the agent is assigned to.
To view the status, navigate to the Settings page, and drop down the list of projects.
This provides clarity when the agent is unsure of the reasons for new leads not being visible (or assigned in case of patch-outs).
The agent would also receive a notification along with the project name when the lead flow status is toggled for individual projects
Notification with approver details when reimbursement req is submitted
A notification with the approver's name will be shown once a reimbursement request is submitted.
Notification when existing lead arrives through another channel
If an existing lead (already in the system for the same project) arrives through any of these channels - 99acres, Housing, Common-floor, or Quikr, a notification is shown to the agent already working with that lead.
