This section covers reports on -

1. Daily Visits,

2. Visits performance by Age Group,

3. Interested Typology,

4. Locality Wise Visits,

5. Walkin from sources,

6. Source wise visits,

7. Budget wise visits,

8. Ethnicity wise visits,

9. Occupation wise visits.

1. Daily Visits

This section gives you report based on the Daily Site Visits.
You will see all the Site Visits done or missed, Revisits done or missed on a daily basis.

Daily Visits - Choose Project Filter

You can select one, more or All City / Developer and get the report.

Daily Visits - Time Range(event) Filter

The Time Range filter is applied on the event start time and the report will be filtered based on the selected time period.
You can select the presets i.e. Today, Yesterday, Week till date, etc.. or even chose a custom time range (using Custom option) to get the customize report on a particular time period.

Daily Visits - Rows Filter

You can select the rows to customize the report from Daily to Weekly, Monthly and Yearly basis.

Daily Visits - Columns Filter

You can select the Columns which you want to see and the report will be customized accordingly.
Visits Done - Number of leads who have visited project site at-least once.
Visits Missed - Number of leads who have missed the site visits.
Revisits Done - Number of leads who came for the site visit again (they already have visited the site in past).
Revisits Missed - Number of leads couldn't come for the site visit again (they have already visited the site in past).
In Booking Done - Number of leads with at-least one booking in booking done state.

2. Visits Performance by Age Group

In this section, Reports are categorized based on the Age Group.
This shows you clear differentiation on the visits against a particular age group.

Visits Performance by Age Group - Choose Project & Time Range(event) Filter

You can select one, more or All City / Developer and get the report.
The Time Range filter is applied on the event and the report will be filtered based on the selected time period.

Visits Performance by Age Group - Rows & Columns Filter

You will see Age Group present from Rows filter.
In addition to the last report from Daily Visits section -
There is a specific set of column in this section which shows you the percentage(%) ratio based on the visit to booking, visit to failed, junk & revisit respectively.

3. Interested Typology

Get to know about the typologies (2 BHK, 3 BHK, Shops, Villa, etc...) customers were interested in who visited the project site at-least once.

Interested Typology - Choose Project & Time Range(event) Filter

You can select one, more or All City / Developer and get the report.
The Time Range filter is applied on the event and the report will be filtered based on the selected time period.

Let us suppose you want to the number of Visits Done, Missed in the 1st and 2nd Quarter, Choose a Custom Time Range.

Interested Typology - Rows & Columns Filter

You will see Interested Typology from Rows filter.
You can select the columns & custom-built the report.
This section has the same set of columns as you saw in the last report i.e. Visits Performance by Age Group.

4. Locality Wise Visits

Get to know about the localities & places where the customers who visited site currently resides in.
Developers have achieved successful response in moving their campaigns to these localities. Good insight this one!

Locality Wise Visits - Choose Project & Time Range(event) Filter

You can select one, more or All City / Developer and get the report.
The Time Range filter is applied on the event and the report will be filtered based on the selected time period.

Locality Wise Visits - Rows & Columns Filter

You can select the Place Name from Rows filter, incase want to see in the report.
You can select the Columns & custom-built the report.
This section has the same set of columns as you saw in Interested Typology.

5. Walkin from sources

This data shows which source or sub-source has registered highest number of customers directly coming to project sites without any prior digital or offline or call inquiries.

Walkin from sources - Choose Project & Time Range(event) Filter

You can select one, more or All City / Developer and get the report.
The Time Range filter is applied on the event and the report will be filtered based on the selected time period.

Walkin from sources - Rows & Columns Filter

You have the option to select Sub source from the Rows.
You can select the columns & customize the reports.
This section has the same set of column as you saw in Locality wise visits.

6. Source wise visits

This section gives you the Site visit reports based on the sources.
Also, you can see the Channel Group, Channel & Sub source along with the Source.

Source wise visits - Choose Project & Time Range(event) Filter

You can select one, more or All City / Developer and get the report.
The Time Range filter is applied on the event and the report will be based on the selected time period.

Source wise visits - Rows & Columns Filter

You can select the Channel, Source, Channel Group, etc... from Rows filter and customized the report.
Also, you can select the columns & do further customization in the report.
This section has the same set of column as you saw in Walkin from sources.

7. Budget wise visits

This section gives you the reports based on the Budget of leads.
Select the Budget wise visits from the last section.

Budget wise visits - Choose Project & Time Range(event) Filter

You can select one, more or All City / Developer and get the report.
The Time Range filter is applied on the event and the report will be based on the selected time period.

Budget wise visits - Rows & Columns Filter

You will see Budget from Rows filter.
You can select the columns & customize the report.
This section has the same set of column as you saw in Source wise visits.

8. Ethnicity wise visits

This section gives you Visits report based on customer’s ethnicity.

Ethnicity wise visits - Choose Project & Time Range(event) Filter

You can select one, more or All City / Developer and get the report.
The Time Range filter is applied on the event and the report will be based on the selected time period.

Ethnicity wise visits - Rows & Columns Filter

You will see Ethnicity from Rows filter.
You can select the columns & customize the reports.
This section has the same set of column as you saw in Budget wise visits.

9. Occupation wise visits

Get to know about the occupation of the customers visiting the site.

Occupation wise visits - Choose Project & Time Range(event) Filter

You can select one, more or All City / Developer and get the report.
The Time Range filter is applied on the event and the report will be based on the selected time period.

Occupation wise visits - Rows & Columns Filter

You will see Occupation from Rows filter.
You can select the columns & customize the reports.
This section has the same set of column as you saw in Ethnicity wise visits.

Download the Report

Download Report CSV option is available on every section of the Marketing tab.
The Report will be downloaded in the CSV format.
