1. Steps To Access Booking Letters


I. Login to the Post Sales Panel & then navigate to the 'All Bookings' page.

II. Scroll down to the respective booking card.


III. Click on the booking card. The booking details bar will open on the left side. Click on the Booking Info tab.


IV. You can access all the Booking Letters.



2. Booking Letters

2.1. Welcome Letter


The welcome letter is sent once the booking is accepted. The customer can request an edit if any information is not in line with customer expectations/details. Mandatory details like PAN Card Number, Phone Number, etc. are required for the welcome letter.


The welcome letter generally consists of greetings, a price sheet, a payment plan, unit information, and applicant information. The relationship Manager can resend the welcome letter if any edit is requested by the customer after adding the customer details.

2.2. Allotment Letter


Allotment letters are generated and shared with the client once the allotment is confirmed. Generally, an allotment letter is shared once required information and documents are collected and the minimum amount is received (10-20 % of TSP) from the client.


The allotment letter consists of the applicant and co-applicant details, price sheet, payment plan, unit details, and booking amount receipt information. 


Note: Allotment can be canceled at any time by the Relationship Manager.



Generating/Cancelling Allotment Letter

- Click on the Generate option.

- Select the date in the Allotment Date option to generate the Allotment Letter.

- Click on the cancel option to cancel the allotment letter.

- You can share, print, or download the allotment letter for the client.




2.3. Agreement Letter


Agreement letters are generated and shared with the client for signature. Generally, the agreement is closed within 45-60 days from the date of booking. The agreement letter consists of the applicant and co-applicant details, price sheet, payment plan, unit details, booking amount receipt information, builder information, and terms and conditions.


The agreement letter can be generated & shared once the welcome letter and allotment letters are sent.



Generating Agreement Letter

- Click on the Generate option.

- Select the date in the Agreement Date option to generate the Agreement Letter.

- You can share, print, or download the agreement letter for the client.


Note: The signed agreement can’t be canceled unless the booking is canceled.





2.4. Possession Letter


The possession letter is shared once the unit is ready for possession. Generally, the last demand is shared along with the possession letter.



Generating Possession Letter

- Click on the Generate option.

- Select the date in the Possession Date option to generate the possession letter.

- You can share, print, or download the possession letter for the client.



3. Booking Details


Scroll down to the Booking Details section in the Booking Info. You can check the Booking Details, Unit Details, Scheme (if applied), Pricing Details, Download Quotation, View Payment Plans, and Payment Plans.




4. Documents


- Scroll down to the Documents section in the Booking Info. 

- You can view the previously uploaded document or upload a new document.

4.1. Uploading Documents

- Click on the Upload File option in the Documents section.

- Tap on the Upload option in the respective category to upload the document.

- You can also tap on View options to check the document that was previously uploaded.


While uploading the documents, ensure that the document is within the below-mentioned parameters:

-> Maximum Allowed Size - 9 MB

-> Allowed Formats - JPEG/JPG, PNG, Doc, PDF, PPT




5. Additional Info


5.1. Applicant Details


Applicant details will include the following:

- Name

- Phone number

- Email

- Pan Number

- Aadhar Card Number

- Address


Note: You can click on the dropdown icon to expand the details.



5.2. Booking Source



The Booking Source will include the following:

- Channel name

- Source name

- Sub source name
