1. Overview

Post Sales team can generate demand letters from the post sales panel when the payment plan milestone of any booking is complete. This will allow the customer to pay the requested amount in the generated demand to pay within the due date to avoid interest charges.

You can check or share demand for all the bookings with the respective clients from the Post Sales panel. You will also get the option to view/share the demand with or without interest as required.

You can download the demand in PDF format to share it over WhatsApp or other communication channels. You can also share the Demand directly with the user from the Post Sales Panel over Email. Additionally, you will also get the option to Print the Demand letter to share it as a hard copy with the client.

2. Viewing Demand

I. Login to the Post Sales Panel.

II. Go to the respective Booking Card in the All Bookings Tab & then Click on the Demand Tab.

III. The demand letter for the respective bookings will open.

IV. You can use the Interest Toggle at the top to view the demand with or without interest.

3. Sharing Demand For Individual Booking

I. Follow the steps mentioned in the 2nd Section to open the demand for the respective booking.

II. Use the Interest Toggle to check/generate the demand with or without interest.

III. You can download, print, or share the demand with the client as shown in the below image.

4. Sharing Demands For Multiple Bookings

I. Login to the Post Sales Panel.

II. In the All Bookings Tab, click on the 3 Dots and then tap on the Email options.

III. Select the bookings for which you want to send the demand to the clients.

IV. Use the Interest Toggle as required.

- With Interest: The demand will be sent with interest to the client if the toggle is switched On.

- Without Interest: The demand will be sent without interest if the toggle is switched Off.

V. Click on the Send button.

VI. Upload the file as required & then tap on the Submit button to send the demand.

VII. The booking mail with the demand will be sent to the selected clients.

5. Downloading Demands For Multiple Bookings

I. Login to the Post Sales Panel.

II. In the All Bookings Tab, click on the Download Icon.

III. Select the bookings for which you want to download the demands.

IV. Use the Interest Toggle as required.

- With Interest: The demand will be sent with interest to the client if the toggle is switched On.

- Without Interest: The demand will be sent without interest if the toggle is switched Off.

V. Click on the Download button and all the demands for the respective bookings will be downloaded.
