1. Overview

With this functionality, you will be able to block/book inventory for your clients directly from our Sales Agent App. Before checking the inventory functionality, clients need to ask the ANAROCK CRM SPOC to integrate the inventory for their respective projects/mandatory. Once integrated, it will start reflecting on the Sales Agent App.

Note: There are 2 types of Inventory access for the Sales Agent- View Only & All Access.

- View Only: Sales agents will only be able to view the inventory in real-time as per the status along with the plot details, pricing, & payment plans.

- All Access: Sales agents can view inventory along with the option to block, generate quotations, and book for the lead.

The above-mentioned roles can be managed from Inventory Settings.
