1. Lead Creation from Sales App
Any Sales app user can create a lead and add it to his/her own claimed or interested bucket.
To create and add a lead to the claimed bucket, click on the '+' icon on the claimed screen and to create and add a lead to the interested bucket, click on the '+' icon on the interested screen.
2. Lead Creation Details
On the subsequent page, you'll need to enter the name and phone number of the lead, followed by the project to which the lead will be assigned and the source.
Note: If you choose 'referral' as the source, you'll also need to enter the name and phone number of the referrer. |
-> After adding all the details, click on the 'Create Lead' button to create a new lead.
