Navigate to:
1. Developer Details- Video
2. Steps To Add Developer Details
- Enter the developer's name.
- If the developer already exists, then it will start appearing.
- If you are adding the developer for the first time, then click on the 'Add new Developer' option. Now, add the name, email, GSTIN, & POC details.
Once you have created the mandate with the developer name, click the edit mandate button for the respective developer to add the callback URL details.
Developer callback URL: This setting makes our platform even more flexible to integrate with any third-party applications that expose API. Please consult the support team before setting this URL.
Developer Callback URL Triggers: After adding the callback URL, you must select the respective triggers to pass the information (of the selected triggers) to the developer's system whenever any of the actions will be performed on the lead.
Trigger Points-
- Status Update: The status of the lead is updated.
- Event Update: An event is updated on a lead.
- Status And Agent Update: Agent and status both are updated.
- Note Creation: A new note is added on a lead.
- Call Logged: A new call is done on a particular lead.
- Agent Update: The current agent on the lead is updated.
- Inquiry Created: The new inquiry is created on a lead.
- Disposition Created: The call center has done an activity on a lead.
- Lead Created: A new lead is created.
- Lead Updated: Any lead property is updated.
Note: You can select one or more trigger points for the callback URL. By default, all the triggers will be selected. |
Note: Developer callback URL and Triggers will only be visible on editing an existing mandate, not on the creation of a new mandate. |
