This kit should be referred by the ANAROCK internal team to provide all the required details to the developers for integrating any 3rd party services.
3 Steps Required To Integrate Digital Channels
1. Developers contact POC at the ANAROCK team to share all the requirements.
2. ANAROCK internal team generates all the details mentioned below & shares them with the developer.
3. Once the ANAROCK team shares all the details, developers will ask their tech team/3rd party team to integrate & test the services.
1. Landing Page Form Integration
You can integrate your landing page form with our system in 4 different ways:
- Client-side integration: Requires no coding, no customization.
- Web-side integration: Requires coding for customization.
- Server-side integration: Requires you to push the lead from the server instead of the browser.
- WordPress integration: Requires a WordPress-powered landing page/website, no coding.

2. Leadgen Form Integration On Facebook
1. Log in to ANAROCK Mandate (https://dashboard.anarock.com/mandates/).
2. Select your mandate to integrate Lead Form On Facebook by clicking on ‘Edit’.
3. Go to the campaign section & click on ‘Add Channel’.
4. Add Facebook as a channel by filling in details like:
- Channel/Agency Name (add Facebook)
- Integration Key
- Email IDs
- Check ‘Only OTP Verified Leads’ & ‘Enable Captcha’ (if required).
Once all the details are filled in, click on the ‘Save Changes to this Mandate’ button at the bottom right corner.
5. Log in to the Marketing Panel (https://panel.anarockdigital.com/).
6. Go to ‘Integration’ and click on the ‘FB Lead Form’ & then select assignment/project from the top dropdown.
7. Marketing manager at ANAROCK needs to first add the FB business page by clicking on the 'Add FB Page' button.
8. In the pop-up, add the Facebook page ID.

9. Now the marketing manager at ANAROCK needs to add the FB Leadgen form by clicking on the 'Add FB Lead Form' button.
10. Filling in the following details:
- Page Name
- Lead Form
- Integration key
- Source & sub source
11. You can add a mapping file for ‘Key-Value Pair’ if required. After filling in all the details, click on ‘Add/Update’ to save everything.
11. For further process, contact POC from the ANAROCK tech team.
3. Manual Lead Generation Integration
1. Log in to ANAROCK Mandate (https://dashboard.anarock.com/mandates/).
2. Select your mandate to integrate manual leads by clicking on ‘Edit’.
3. Go to the campaign section & click on ‘Add Channel’.
4. Add Manual Lead as a channel by filling in details like:
- Channel/Agency Name (add ‘manual’)
- Integration Key
- Email IDs
- Check ‘Only OTP Verified Leads’ & ‘Enable Captcha’ (if required).
Once all the details are filled in, click on the ‘Save Changes to this Mandate’ button at the bottom right corner.
5. Log in to the Marketing Panel (https://panel.anarockdigital.com/).
6. Go to ‘Integration’ and click on the ‘Manual Lead’ & then choose the assignment/project from the top dropdown.
7. Click on the ‘Add Sheet’ button.
8. After clicking on the ‘Add Sheet’ button, a pop-up will appear. Choose the source & the campaign key from the drop-down.
Note: Here, the ‘source’ will be the platform from where the lead is obtained; and the ‘campaign key’ is the ‘integration key’ that you added while creating a channel on the mandates. |
9. Click on the ‘add’ button after selecting the ‘source’ & the ‘integration key’.
10. After clicking on the ‘Add’ button, the manual leads URL will be created. You can click on the ‘URL’ to add leads.
11. A new tab will open wherein, you can add click on the ‘Add Leads’ button to add the lead as per the name, email, phone, & remarks.
12. Once the lead details are added, click on the ‘Save’ button to add the lead details manually.
4. Portal Integrations
1. Log in to ANAROCK Mandate (https://dashboard.anarock.com/mandates/).
2. Select your mandate to integrate 99acres by clicking on ‘Edit’.
3. Go to the campaign section & click on ‘Add Channel’.
4. Add 99acres as a channel by filling in details like:
- Channel/Agency Name (add 99 acres)
- Integration Key
- Email IDs
- Check ‘Only OTP Verified Leads’ & ‘Enable Captcha’ (if required).
Once all the details are filled in, click on the ‘Save Changes to this Mandate’ button at the bottom right corner.
5. Log in to the ANAROCK portal (https://lead.anarock.com/portals).
6. Search the channel. For instance, if you are integrating ‘99acres’, then type 99acres in the search box and click on it.
7. Search ‘Assignment Supply Entity Mapping’ and click on it.
8. After selecting ‘Channel’ & ‘Assignment Supply Entity Mapping’, click on the ‘Set Credentials’ button.
9. Upon clicking on ‘Set Credentials’, you will be redirected to add/edit credential page. Here add the following details of 99acres:
- user_name
- password
- project_ids
Note: Credentials will be shared with you by the developer or 99acres team. Moreover, project_ids should always be only in 'numeric'.
10. After updating the credentials (password, user_name, & project_ids) of 99acres, confirm it with the developer and ask them to run a test.
11. After setting up the credentials, you can edit or recheck the details by clicking on the ‘Show’ or ‘Edit’ button.
1. Log in to ANAROCK Mandate (https://dashboard.anarock.com/mandates/).
2. Select your mandate to integrate Housing.com by clicking on ‘Edit’.
3. Go to the campaign section & click on ‘Add Channel’.
4. Add Housing.com as a channel by filling in details like:
- Channel/Agency Name (housing)
- Integration Key
- Email IDs
- Check ‘Only OTP Verified Leads’ & ‘Enable Captcha’ (if required).
Once all the details are filled in, click on the ‘Save Changes to this Mandate’ button at the bottom right corner.
5. Log in to the ANAROCK portal (https://lead.anarock.com/portals).
6. Search the channel. Type "Housing" in the search box and click on it.
7. Search ‘Assignment Supply Entity Mapping’ and click on it.
8. After selecting ‘Channel’ & ‘Assignment Supply Entity Mapping’, click on the ‘Set Credentials’ button.
9. Upon clicking on ‘Set Credentials’, you will be redirected to add/edit credential page. Here, add the following details of Housing.com:
- developerId
- channelKey
- project_ids
Note: Credentials will be shared with you by the developer or Housing.com team. Moreover, project_ids should always be only in 'numeric'.
10. After updating the credentials (developerId, channelKey, & project_ids) of, confirm it to the developer and ask them to run a test.
11. After setting up the credentials, you can edit or recheck the details by clicking on the ‘Show’ or ‘Edit’ button.
1. Log in to ANAROCK Mandate (https://dashboard.anarock.com/mandate/).
2. Select your mandate to integrate Common Floor by clicking on ‘Edit’.
3. Go to the campaign section & click on ‘Add Channel’.
4. Add the following details:
- Channel/Agency Name: common-floor
- Integration Key
- Email IDs
- Check ‘Only OTP Verified Leads’ & ‘Enable Captcha’ (if required).
Once all the details are filled in, click on the ‘Save Changes to this Mandate’ button at the bottom right corner.
5. Log in to the ANAROCK portal (https://lead.anarock.com/portals).
6. Search the channel. For instance, if you are integrating ‘Common Floor’, then type Common Floor in the search box and click on it.
7. Search ‘Assignment Supply Entity Mapping’ and click on it.
8. After selecting ‘Channel’ & ‘Assignment Supply Entity Mapping’, click on the ‘Set Credentials’ button.
9. Upon clicking on ‘Set Credentials’, you will be redirected to add/edit credential page. Here, add the following details of Common-floor:
- id
- key
- project_ids
Note: Credentials will be shared with you by the developer or Common-floor team. Moreover, project_ids should always be only in 'numeric'.
10. After updating the credentials (id, key, & project_ids) of common-floor, confirm it with the developer and ask them to run a test.
11. After setting up the credentials, you can edit or recheck the details by clicking on the ‘Show’ or ‘Edit’ button.
1. Log in to ANAROCK Mandate (https://dashboard.anarock.com/mandates/).
2. Select your mandate to integrate Quikr by clicking on ‘Edit’.
3. Go to the campaign section & click on ‘Add Channel’.
4. Add the following details:
- Channel/Agency Name
- Integration Key
- Email IDs
- Check ‘Only OTP Verified Leads’ & ‘Enable Captcha’ (as required).
Once all the details are filled in, click on the ‘Save Changes to this Mandate’ button at the bottom right corner.
5. Log in to the ANAROCK portal (https://lead.anarock.com/portals).
6. Search the channel. For instance, if you are integrating ‘Quikr’, then type Quikr in the search box and click on it.
7. Search ‘Assignment Supply Entity Mapping’ and click on it.
8. After selecting ‘Channel’ & ‘Assignment Supply Entity Mapping’, click on the ‘Set Credentials’ button.
9. Upon clicking on ‘Set Credentials’, you will be redirected to add/edit credential page. Here, add the following details:
- key
- key2
- appId
- project_ids
Note: Credentials will be shared with you by the developer. Moreover, project_ids should always be only in 'numeric'.
10. After updating the credentials (key, key2, email, appId, & project_ids), confirm it to the developer and ask them to run a test.
11. After setting up the credentials, you can edit or recheck the details by clicking on the ‘Show’ or ‘Edit’ button.
1. For LinkedIn integration, it is mandatory for the developer to have Zapier’s ‘Professional’, ‘Team’, or ‘Company’ account.
2. Once the developer shares the credentials for their Zapier account, reach out to the ANAROCK Tech team for completing the integration.
1. Create a "Campaign ID" for 'magicbricks' in Mandate under a Project's campaign.
Following SS for reference:
2. For the integration of the Magicbricks, ask the developer to provide the following details:
- Pull API URL
- Magicbricks Page URL
3. Once the developer shares the details, reach out to the ANAROCK Tech team for completing the integration.
Please Note:
- Leads received from any of the integrated portals will not be in real-time because we use Pull API at the frequency of every 15-30 mins to get all the details from the portal. Hence, this results in a 15-30 mins delay to get all the inquiries from the customers. This is entirely due to the setup of the portal’s tech infrastructure.
- In case, if any portal gets deactivated on ANAROCK Portal, then the respective campaigns will be automatically removed from the mandate settings.
