Google Leadgen Form integration can be done using a webhook that allows you to automatically send information or leads from your ad campaigns to our CRM. It involves adding a webhook URL & the key while creating your campaigns on Google Ads Manager.

The process of Google Leadgen Form Integration is divided into 2 steps wherein, first, you have to create Channel/Agency Name & Campaign ID on our mandates panel & then add a webhook URL & key to your campaigns on Google Ad Account.

This document is created for a marketing professional who has a working knowledge of Google Ads Account.

1. Step 1- Creating Channel/Agency Name & Campaign ID on the Mandate Panel.

1. Log in to Anarock Mandate (https://dashboard.anarock.com/mandates/).

2. Select your mandate and then click on ‘Edit’.

3. Go to the campaign section & click on ‘Add Channel’.

4. Add the following details as mentioned below:

- Channel/Agency Name- google

- Campaign Id (this will be your integration key)

- Email IDs

- Check ‘Only OTP Verified Leads’ & ‘Enable Captcha’ (if required).

Once all the details are filled in, click on the ‘Save Changes to this Mandate’ button at the bottom right corner.

5. Copy the ‘Integration Key’ (Campaign Id) that you have created in the mandate settings to add to the Google Ads account.

Note:

This integration key will be used in the Google Ads Manager along with the sub-source separated by ‘:’.

For instance:

- Your integration key in the mandate panel= test_leadgen_form

- Your subsource= google_leadgen

Then, the key for the Google Lead Form Extension will be= test_leadgen_form:google_leadgen

Note:

- All the characters are case-sensitive.

- You can only use a sub-source that is already created in the Anarock system. You can check the existing sub-source on the leads panel.

- If it is a new Sub-source, then you have to first create it in the system. You can refer to this article to create the missing Channel, source, & sub_source.
