Google Leadgen Form integration can be done using a webhook that allows you to automatically send information or leads from your ad campaigns to our CRM. It involves adding a webhook URL & the key while creating your campaigns on Google Ads Manager.
The process of Google Leadgen Form Integration is divided into 2 steps wherein, first, you have to create Channel/Agency Name & Campaign ID on our mandates panel & then add a webhook URL & key to your campaigns on Google Ad Account.
This document is created for a marketing professional who has a working knowledge of Google Ads Account.
1. Step 1- Creating Channel/Agency Name & Campaign ID on the Mandate Panel.
1. Log in to Anarock Mandate (https://dashboard.anarock.com/mandates/).
2. Select your mandate and then click on ‘Edit’.
3. Go to the campaign section & click on ‘Add Channel’.
4. Add the following details as mentioned below:
- Channel/Agency Name- google
- Campaign Id (this will be your integration key)
- Email IDs
- Check ‘Only OTP Verified Leads’ & ‘Enable Captcha’ (if required).
Once all the details are filled in, click on the ‘Save Changes to this Mandate’ button at the bottom right corner.
5. Copy the ‘Integration Key’ (Campaign Id) that you have created in the mandate settings to add to the Google Ads account.
Note:
This integration key will be used in the Google Ads Manager along with the sub-source separated by ‘:’.
For instance:
- Your integration key in the mandate panel= test_leadgen_form
- Your subsource= google_leadgen
Then, the key for the Google Lead Form Extension will be= test_leadgen_form:google_leadgen
Note: - All the characters are case-sensitive. - You can only use a sub-source that is already created in the Anarock system. You can check the existing sub-source on the leads panel. - If it is a new Sub-source, then you have to first create it in the system. You can refer to this article to create the missing Channel, source, & sub_source. |
2. Step 2- Add Webhook URL & Key for a Google Lead Form
1. Sign in to your Google Ads account & click ‘Campaigns’ on the left menu.
2. Click the plus button, then select the ‘New campaign’.
3. Select Leads as your goal.
4. Confirm your campaign type from ‘Search’, ‘Video’, or ‘Discovery’, & then click ‘Continue’.
5. Enter your campaign settings.
6. In the "Ad extensions" list, select Lead Form extension.
7. Click Create lead form extension to open the lead form extension editor and enter details about your lead form.
8. Begin creating your lead form extension.
9. Under "Other data integration option", add the following details:
- Webhook URL: https://digix.anarock.com/webhooks/googleleadgen
- Key: campaign id:sub-source
Note: Webhook URL will vary as per the tenant. The product manager at ANAROCK CRM will share the webhook URL as per the tenant. |
10. Click Send test data and verify if our system receives the data correctly.
11. When you finish creating the lead form extension, click Save.

3. Add/Edit a Webhook Integration to an Existing Lead Form
1. Add ‘Channel’ in mandate settings & create ‘Key’ as shown in Step 1.
2. Once the channel & the key is created, log in to the Google Ads account.
3. Click on ‘Ads & Extension’ on the left menu bar, then select ‘Extension’, & click ‘Lead Form’ on the ‘Extension’ page.
4. Hover over to the created lead form where you want to add or edit the webhook URL.
5. While hovering, you will notice a ‘pencil’ icon. Click on it & then scroll down to the bottom of the selected lead form extension.
6. Under "Other data integration option", add the following details:
- Webhook URL: https://digix.anarock.com/webhooks/googleleadgen
- Key: campaign id:sub-source
Note: Webhook URL will vary as per the tenant. The product manager at ANAROCK CRM will share the webhook URL as per the tenant. |
7. Click Send test data and verify if our system receives the data correctly.
8. When you finish adding/editing the webhook URL & the key, click Save.
