How to create Channels, Source & Sub-source?

1. Channels


1.1. Steps to add a new channel

I. Log in to the Leads Panel.


II. Click on the 'Channel' option on the top navigation bar.

III. Tap on the 'Add New Channel' option as shown in the below screenshot.


IV. Add the name & choose the type of Channel you are creating. Once the details are added, click on the 'Create Channel' button.


V. Please check the Channel created with Auth Key and Test Auth Key which will be helpful while sharing them with the Digital Team for integration.



1.2. Steps to view or edit the previously created channels


I. Log in to the Leads Panel.


II. Click on the 'Channel' option on the top navigation bar. You would be able to view the list of existing channels created by your team members.

III. Tap on the Show/Edit button against the respective channels to view or edit the channel details.


2. Channel Sources


2.1. Steps to create channel source


I. Log in to the Leads Panel.


II. Click on the 'Channel Source' option on the top navigation bar.

III. Tap on the 'Add New Channel Source' option as shown in the below screenshot.


IV. Add the name, select the types, and the tags. Once done, click on the 'Create Channel Source' button.

Note: By adding the tag, you will be able to add the channel source in the product (Sales agent app, site registration, or internal portal).



2.2. Steps to view or edit the previously created channel source


I. Log in to the Leads Panel.


II. Click on the 'Channel Source' option on the top navigation bar. You would be able to view the list of existing sources created by your team members.


III. Tap on the Show/Edit button against the respective channel sources to view or edit the channel details.


3. Channel Sub-Source


3.1. Steps to create new channel sub-source


I. Log in to the Leads Panel.


II. Click on the 'Channel Sub-Source' option on the top navigation bar.


III. Tap on the 'Add New Channel Sub-Source' option as shown in the below screenshot.


IV. Add the name, and select the tags. Once done, click on the 'Create Channel Source' button.

Note: By adding the tag, you will be able to add the channel source in the product (Sales agent app, site registration, or internal portal).

3.2. Steps to view or edit the previously created channel sub-source


I. Log in to the Leads Panel.


II. Click on the 'Channel Sub-Source' option on the top navigation bar. You would be able to view the list of existing sub-sources created by your team members.

III. Tap on the Show/Edit button against the respective channel sources to view or edit the channel details.
