Removing Your Number From Do Not Disturb

Navigate to:

1. Vodafone

2. Airtel

3. Jio


1. Vodafone


I. Download & install the Vi app on your smartphone (Vi App Google Play Store).


II. Signup/Login to the Vi app with your mobile number.


III. Click on the ‘My Account’ from the bottom navigation menu.


IV. Scroll down and click on the ‘do not disturb (DND)’ option.


V. If you have already opted for the DND service, then click on the ‘Deactivate’ button.


VI. Or you can tap on the ‘Partial DND’, switch off the toggle for real estate, and then click the ‘Submit’ button.


VII. Your request will be completed within 24 hours.



2. Airtel


I. Download & install the Airtel app on your smartphone (Airtel App Google Play Store)


II. Signup/Login to the Airtel app with your mobile number.


III. Click on the ‘Help’ option on the left side of the bottom navigation menu.


IV. Click on the chat bar and type ‘Do not disturb’.


V. Tap on the activate/deactivate DND.


VI. Now, tap on the DND option.


VII. It will redirect you to the DND page. Here, click on the ‘Manage’ button under the DND tab.


VIII. If you have already opted for DND service, opt out from the real estate category, and then click on the ‘Submit’ button.



3. Jio


I. Download & install the MyJio App (MyJio App Google Play Store).


II. Signup/Login to the MyJio app with your mobile number.


III. Tap on Menu and select the 'Profile & Other Settings' option.


IV. Click on the 'Do not Disturb' option.


V. Tap on 'Set Preference'.


VI. If you have already selected DND service, opt out from the real estate category, and click on the ‘Submit’ button.
