1. Auto scheduling of reports

This functionality allows you to schedule any report from the dashboard on a daily, weekly, monthly, & quarterly basis. Once scheduled, the report will be automatically emailed to your email ID on the scheduled frequency at 8:30 A.M. in ‘CSV’ file format.

 

I. Login to Dashboard & navigate to the respective tab for the required reports.

- Marketing

- Referrals

- Channel Partners

- Agent

- Visits

- Call Center

- Failures

- Miscellaneous

 

II. Choose the project, timeline, & filters as required.

 

III. Click on the ‘Scheduling’ icon at the top right corner. 

Refer to the highlighted icon in the screenshot.

 

IV. Schedule email as per the required frequency.

Available timelines for scheduling are as follows:

  • Once

  • Daily

  • Weekly

  • Monthly

  • Quarterly


Note: The scheduling time by default is 8:30 A.M.


V. After saving the frequency, click on the ‘Save’ button to receive the report’s email as scheduled.


Note: Report will be shared over email in the CSV file format.



2. Changing the frequency of reports scheduling

You can also change the scheduling frequency to automatically receive the report over email.


I. Login to the dashboard and navigate to the tab from which you want to change the frequency of the scheduled report.

 

II. Add the timeline & filters as selected while scheduling the report for the first time.


III. Click on the  ‘Scheduling’ icon at the top right corner. 

Refer to the highlighted icon in the screenshot.


IV. Change the scheduling frequency as required, and click on the ‘Save’ button.



3. Removing the scheduling of the report

I. Login to the dashboard and navigate to the tab from which you want to remove the scheduled report.

 

II. Add the timeline & filters as selected while scheduling the report for the first time.

 

III. Click on the  ‘Scheduling’ icon at the top right corner. 

Refer to the highlighted icon in the screenshot.

 

IV. Click on the ‘Delete’ button from the pop-up.

 

V. Click the ‘Yes, Delete It’ button to remove the auto-scheduler.


4. Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Can I schedule similar reports at 2 different frequencies (For e.g. weekly & monthly)?

-> Yes, you can schedule the same report at 1 or more frequencies with the following steps.

i. Navigate to the respective tab, select the timeline & filters, & then click on the ‘Schedule’ icon. 

ii. Click on the ‘Plus’ icon on the right side of the header.

iii. Select the frequency & click on the ‘Save’ button.

 

Q. Delete button is not appearing while I am trying to remove the scheduler.

-> Delete button will not appear while creating the scheduler for the first time for any report.
