1. Switching To The New Dashboard

Introducing the new reports view with an option to switch back to the classic view.

2. Navigation Rearranged

The main navigation bar at the top has been rearranged for easy & quick access to Homepage, Leads, & Reports.

3. Favourite Reports

View reports that you want to see in just a few clicks. The new dashboard allows you to bookmark frequently used reports as favourites for quicker & easy access.

Disclaimer:

- Mandate/project selection from the dropdown will be disabled from the reports section on both the classic dashboard & new dashboard.

- We have added an additional filter to choose a mandate/project within the reports.

- Users will only be able to use the dropdown to select a mandate/project from the Overview & the Leads section.

4. Reading Reports With Colour Codes

Reports are now classified and tagged with special colour codes. Reports with similar colour code show numbers based on the same timestamps which makes it easy to compare data points, dimensions, and metrics with each other.

5. On-Click Insights On Header Count

As requested by everyone, the report header count will be released in the next week. By default, the total header count will be the sum of the total number of leads received by the assigned agents. However, when you will click on the header, it will show the on-click insight showing the total number of unique leads received by different agents.
