1. Understanding Call Modal
After making the call with the lead, the call modal will appear in the Sales app. Agents can use it for follow-up, scheduling a face-to-face visit, & scheduling a site visit with the leads or the customers. Additionally call modal also gives options for checking additional lead information, sharing Sales Kit, adding notes, & failing the lead.
2. Following Up With The Lead
Choose any of the preferable slots. Alternatively, agents can schedule a follow-up at a custom date & time by clicking on Custom. After selecting the date & time, you can click on the ‘Confirm FU’ button at the bottom.
3. Scheduling A New Face-To-Face Meeting
I. Click on ‘Face to Face’.
II. Choose the date & time of the face-to-face meeting.
III. Select the type of face-to-face meeting i.e. In-Person or Virtual.
IV. Add the destination (if required).
V. Add the duration from the drop-down. You can also set a reminder & add a note if required.
VI. Click on the ‘Confirm FTF’ button at the bottom.
4. Scheduling A Site Visit
I. Click on ‘Site Visit’.
II. Choose the date & time of the site visit.
III. Select the type of site visit i.e. In-Person or Virtual.
IV. Add the duration from the drop-down. You can also set a reminder & add a note if required.
V. Click on the ‘Confirm SV’ button at the bottom.
5. Additional Features
1. Use ‘Extra Notes’ to add additional details of the lead.
2. Check lead details.
3. Share Sales Kit over WhatsApp or Email.

- Project directions
- Floor plan
- Project website
- Project details
- Project USPs
4. Mark the lead as failed.
5. Call the lead again
