1. Overview


You can check the details of the Milestones added to a particular project from the Milestones Tab in the Post Sales panel.


You can also edit interest rates at the project level and check the details of all the raised demands & pending demands against the respective milestones.




2. Edit Interest Rate (At The Project level)


Depending on the agreement, developers may charge interest to the customer if a milestone payment is delayed from the due date. The Post Sales Panel gives you the option to change the interest rate at the project level & at the booking level.


Here, we will see how to change/update the interest rate of any milestone for any particular booking.


The project-level setting will be applicable for all new bookings and new milestones if added any by default.


I. Login to the Post Sales panel.


II. Go to the Milestones tab.


III. Click on the Edit Interest Rate button.


IV. Update and save the details as required.

I. Login to the Post Sales panel & then click on the Milestones Tab.


II. Tap on the Demand Pending section against the respective milestones.


III. Select the booking cards & invoice date to raise the demands.
