Edit Loan Details & Interest Rate For A Booking

Navigate to:

1. Edit Loan Details For A Booking

You can add/update the payment mod for the respective bookings (financed through the bank as a loan or financed by the customer) from the Post Sales panel.

I. Login to the Post Sales Panel & then navigate to the 'All Bookings' page.

II. Scroll down to the respective booking card.

III. Click on the booking card. The booking details bar will open on the left side.

IV. Click on the 3 dots at the top right side of the sidebar.

V. Tap on the Edit Loan Details option.

VI. Update and save the details as required for the respective booking.

Note: You can add your remarks if the payment mode is 'Self Pay'.

While uploading the documents, ensure that the document is within the below-mentioned parameters:

-> Maximum Allowed Size - 9 MB

-> Allowed Formats - JPEG/JPG, PNG, Doc, PDF, PPT

2. Edit The Interest Rate For A Booking

Depending on the agreement, developers may charge interest to the customer if a milestone payment is delayed from the due date. The Post Sales Panel gives you the option to change the interest rate at the project level & at the booking level.

Here, we will see how to change/update the interest rate of any milestone for any particular booking.

I. Login to the Post Sales Panel & then navigate to the 'All Bookings' page.

II. Scroll down to the respective booking card.

III. Click on the booking card. The booking details bar will open on the left side.

IV. Click on the 3 dots at the top right side of the sidebar.

V. Tap on the Edit Interest option.

VI. Update and save the details as required for the respective booking.
