Things to know before editing any collection:

- Inactive collection can not be approved/rejected.

- Inactive collections can be viewed in the collection's history.

- Any collection can be deleted.

- RM needs to add a note while deleting any collection.

- If the approved collection is deleted, the existing entry in the ledger will be modified.

Fields that you can edit once the collection is edited:

- Interest amount

- Payment type (Self or bank loan)

- Receipt date

- Payment/instrument date

- IFSC code

6. Ledger

This section will show the entries of all the payments/transactions in the customer account just like any bank account statement.

Note:

- The date will be the payment received date in the builder’s bank account in case of payment received and not the payment date mentioned by the client.

- Interest charged and interest waived off will be the last 2 rows and will be loaded every time a ledger is requested.
