Edit Booking (Dashboard)

Overview

Edit booking option on Dashboard will allow you to edit details like Pricing, applicant details,  post booking creation and approval


Access Details


Roles & Access

Lead owner & (booking is newly created | booking is rejected)        

Team lead & (booking is newly created | booking is rejected)

Assignment owner & (booking is newly created | booking is rejected)

L1 approver & (booking is newly created | booking is rejected | booking is L1 pending)

L2 approver & booking's active invoice's status is NOT 


Steps to edit booking from Dashboard:


  1. Locate the lead on Dashboard, Open lead card >> Navigate to ‘Details’

  2. Booking Details with unit booked will be shown, Click on ‘View Details’



  1. View Detail: This page will show all details of the booking, following Booking details can be edited

Change Quotation, Payment Plan, Discount, Documents, Applicant Details, Allocation & Lead Source


(Note: Booking Approved on L2 also can be edited)




  1. Select ‘Change Quotation’ from the booking details, this will open the ‘Add discount’ page, where you can edit apply discount values( Absolute or %), the Total Sale price will be adjusted accordingly based on the applied discount.





  1. Go to  ‘Upload File’ under documents to add supporting documents for the booking



  1. Go to ‘Primary Applicant’ section to select ‘Edit’ to add Applicant details, 

(Note: Select ‘Remove’ to remove applicant, Applicant details cannot be empty)


  1. Click on ‘Save changes’ to changes to save all details.


  1. Go to ‘Service fee detail’ & click edit to add Service fee 


  1. Go to ‘Lead Source’ & click edit to change lead Source

(Note: Lead source change is only possible if the lead has enquires from multiple sources)
