Booking Creation (Inventory)

Overview

Dashboard Users can now create inventory bookings directly from the dashboard interface.

Access Details

Steps to edit booking from Dashboard:

1. Open your Dashboard  and navigate to Leads section.

2. Locate the lead, where booking needs to be created

3. Click on Details and Select View Inventory

4. Now Inventory Page will open, showing details of all the available units, Select details and proceed

5. Select available unit from the list and click on ‘Next’ to view detailed information

6. Check selected unit pricing and click ‘Next’

7. Add Discount: any discount that needs to be given on price has to be added in this step, 

   1. Discount can be applied individually on all items separately

(Note: Discount can be given as Absolute Value or Percentage %, click on the “₹” to change the Discount field, refer below image)

8. Select a Payment Plan as per customer requirement and check all milestones and click on ‘Confirm’ to select the payment plan

9. Quotation will be generated for the selected Unit and payment plan, You can click on ‘Book Now’ to complete the booking.

10. Enter details of the customer to complete booking, Once all the details are added and verified, click on ‘Confirm & book’
    Note: Primary Applicant details cannot be empty, All the fields marked as * are mandatory

11.  Once the booking is confirmed the you should see a confirmation of the booking

Any booking created on lead will be shown on lead card under ‘Details’ sections

Note: Creating Bookings from Dashboard will be available to all Dashboard users who have access to inventory on the project
