1. Overview
After selecting the inventory, you have to add the unit details, pricing, & payment plans as required to either generate the quote which will block/book the inventory.
If you book the inventory, the lead will directly move to the ‘booking done’ status wherein, the booking will require the booking approvals from L1 & L2.

After selecting the inventory, you will be able to view unit details. Click on the ‘View More’ section to check all the unit details.
Unit details include:
- Unit number
- Configuration
- Carpet area
- Balcony area
- Misc Unit Configurations
- Parking
4. Pricing
You can access the ‘Pricing’ after the Unit Details. Tap the dropdown arrow against the ‘Basic Charges’ & ‘Other Charges’ to get all the pricing details.
Basic charges include:
- Base price
- Floor rise price
- PLC
- Sheltered
Other charges include:
- Any additional charges
- Legal charges
- Maintenance charges
- Club charges
- Stamp duty fee
Note: All the above details can be only edited while blocking the inventory for the lead present in the ‘Negotiation’ bucket or onwards. |
5. Payment Plan
Payment plans are present after the pricing section. After tapping on ‘More Details’, you will be able to view & select payment plans having respective milestones with the booking amount.
