What is the process to follow when an agent/TL resigns?

Deactivation of agents is done by HR. Once the HR receives resignation request, they deactivate them and then the Agent/ TL won’t be able to login on app and TL dashboard.


Team Lead needs to transfer all the pending leads in the employee's bucket to himself/herself or to other agents of same mandate. Also remove the employee's name from the mandate panel and save the changes. Once this is done, HR can deactivate the employee.
