How to check the number of site visit failed for any agent?

Step 1: Login to TL dashboard and click overview tab at the top right.

Step 2: Under the lead Activity section, select the date and click on the site visit done.

Step 3: This page will give the list of the number whose site visit was planned, done, missed and failed. Please select the agent.

Step 4: Click on the SV Failed tab at the top.
