1. Assigning Agent
Once the visit has been registered by the site registrar, he/she proceeds with assigning an agent to the visit. All the visits registered are visible to the Site Registrar on the Registration List.
II. Go to the lead for which you want to assign the agent.
III. Click on 'Assign Agent' present on the right side of the lead card.
IV. On the next screen, you can assign the sourcing & closing agent based on availability.
Sourcing Agent: This is usually the first sales representative who works with the lead when they visit the site. This is optional and the agent who'll move ahead with negotiating the deal with the lead may be different from the sourcing agent. The sourcing agent will be able to view the lead on their app, but not make changes, schedule events, or change the status of the lead.
Closing Agent: The sales agent to who this lead will be assigned. The lead will show up under the 'Visit done' section of the agent's app.
V. After selecting the agents, you can click on the 'Assign' button to save.
Once the agent has been assigned, the site visit will be initiated.
Upon completion of the site visit, it is mandatory to add feedback to mark the site visit as done.
2. Creating Site Visit Through Site Registration
The site digitalization portal allows you to create additional site visits for an existing lead. Follow the below steps to create the site visits through this portal.
II. Go to the lead for which you want to create a site visit. Alternatively, you can search for the lead using the phone number or Lead ID from the search bar.
III. Click on the lead, and then click on the 'Create Site Visit' button on the new screen at the upper right-hand side of the lead info panel.
Note: It won't be possible to create a new site visit while there's already an ongoing Site Visit with the lead.
3. Adding or Deleting Site Registrar
The above functionalities of Site Digitalization can only be accessed by the registered Site Registrar. You can add or delete the Site Registrar from the Site Registrar Details section on the mandate settings panel.
I. Login to the mandate panel & navigate to the 'Site Registrar Details' section.
Note: The functionality of Site Digitalization can only be accessed by the registered Site Registrar.
II. To delete the added site registrar, go to the site registrar name & click on the 'Delete' button. After deleting the site registrar, click on the 'Save Changes to this Mandate' button at the bottom right corner.
III. To add the site registrar, scroll down to the bottom of the 'Site Registrar Details' section.
IV. Click on 'Search Site Registrar Name', then select the project from the drop-down, and click the 'Add Now' button.
V. Once the new site registrar is added, click on the 'Save Changes to this Mandate' button.
