This tab covers multiple reports related to Failure and Junk data of the mandate. One can look at these reports to get useful insights on the failed/junk leads and plan various campaigns and team’s activity accordingly.


Note: All these reports which we are discussing can be downloaded in CSV format or you can even share the link of that report. Both the options are available on all the reports page.



Important Terminologies 


  • Channel Group: The medium or pipeline or the platform e.g. sales agent app, online/offline marketing platforms(google, 99acre, hoarding etc), csv uploads, etc.

  • Source: The origin where we can pin-point for determining the lead source. e.g google search, google ads, hoarding-thane, 99-acre-classified ads.

  • Sub-Source: Specific source which helps to analyze lead sourcing in-depth. e.g google-search-property-in-delhi-keyword, google-ads-real-estate-expo, etc.

  • Channel Group: Lead sources arranged or classified in a group according to shared behavior or characteristic. These are derived values and cannot be customized. Channel partner, Direct walkin, Digital, Offline and Others - these are the 5 Mutually Exclusive Channel Groups.

  • Example:google-search, google-ads are online sources, thus they fall in Digital channel group.
  • Referral: Lead has at-least one inquiry or event with referral details.

  • Failed Leads: The leads that are no longer looking for a property but the reason for failing the lead was related to real estate. e.g. delayed due to lockdown, interested in some other project etc. Here leads can be re-churned if and when needed.

  • Junk Leads: Non-real estate calls and enquires. e.g. wrong number, not interested/frustrated customers.


1. Failures 



  • This section covers reports around reasons behind the failed leads. You can clearly see what the reasons behind failed leads are and, how many leads lie in the respective failed buckets.

  • This report can be helpful to see the performance of a recent run campaign or help even help you to re-churn data based on the reason.


 Filters 


     You can apply multiple filters to modify this report according to your personal use case.


1. Agent filter: 

Apply this filter to see agent wise failure reasons. One can select single or multiple agents here to see the reports.



 

 2. Time Range (lead)filter: 

Select the time range of the lead from the preset options or apply custom range of time to see the required data.



3. More Filters: 

You can select multiple filters from here like Lead source, Date and time and junk fail leads. 


Lead source: Filter data on basis of channel group, channels, source and sub-source.

Date and time: Select time range based on event time, lead received time, call received time, call made time or marked as (status of lead). 

Junk/Failed Leads: You can filter the report based on reason/reasons. Failed before visit and failed after visit are more filter that can be applied here to see the reports accordingly.

2. Source Wise Failures


This report helps you to understand the failure reasons with respect to the lead source. You can see the reasons for the failure of leads generated from different sources and helps you to strategize your campaigns accordingly.



Filters: Same as failure reports you can apply Agent, Time Range and More Filter to modify the report according to your requirements.

 


3. Agent Wise Failures


This report is specifically designed when you want to see the failed leads against the agents who are working on those leads. 


Filters: Same as previous reports you can apply Agent, Time Range and More Filter to modify the report according to your requirements. 



4. Junk Reason Wise


Junk reasons are non-real estate reasons behind failing the leads.


Junk Reason Wise: Similar to failure report this section also covers reports around reasons behind the junk leads. You can clearly see what the reasons behind junk leads are and, how many leads lie in the respective junk buckets. 



Filters: Same as previous reports you can apply Agent, Time Range and More Filter to modify the report according to your requirements. 


5. Source wise Junk 


Source Wise Junk:This report helps you to understand the Junk reasons with respect to the lead source. You can see the reasons of failure of leads generated from different sources and helps you to strategize your campaigns accordingly.



Filters: Same as previous reports you can apply Agent, Time Range and More Filter to modify the report according to your requirements. 


6. Agent Wise Junk 


Agent Wise Junk: This report is specifically designed when you want to see the junk leads against the agents who are working on those leads. 



Filters: Same as previous reports you can apply Agent, Time Range and More Filter to modify the report according to your requirements.
