Steps To Follow For Successful Exotel Integration With ANAROCK CRM
I. Anyone from the AM/AM at Level 2/Support Team will introduce the client to the below-mentioned SPOCS over email.
- BD SPOC of ACRM
- BD SPOC of Exotel
- AM SPOC of Exotel
II. The Client has to complete the setup on Exotel & initiate the KYC verification.

III. The Exotel Team will share the account's credentials & SID once the Exotel account is created by the client.
Note: Credentials & account SID will be unique for every client. |
IV. The Exotel Team will confirm the total credits added to the client’s account. In case of no/low credits, the AM/Support Team/Exotel Team will inform the client and request to top-up.
V. Applet migration needs to be done by the AM/Support Team from Anarock’s Exotel account to the Client’s Exotel account. Exotel support will assist in the same.
Note: AMs at Level 2 have the email template for the Applet migration. |
VI. Post Applet migration, the AM/Support Team will verify the applet changes & confirm to AM at Level 2.
- Verify all Applets' APIs according to client's host. (.com/.tech)
- Verify all Applets' name and nomenclature (eg: Client_Incoming, Client_Outgoing... etc.)
VII. Once verified, the AM/Support Team at ACRM will share the Incoming Applet ID, Call Masking Applet ID, Outbound Call Applet ID, Account SID, API Key, API Token, and Developer ID with the AM at Level 2.
VIII. The AM at Level 2 will verify the above details on Postman cURL to confirm the successful integration and developer mapping token id.

IX. The AM/Support Team will confirm the integration by assigning and testing a virtual number from the mandate settings to test each flow, inbound campaign calls & outbound call masking calls.
