1. Searching The Channel Partner (CP Search)

I. Choose the relevant filter from the dropdown present in the ‘CP Search Bar’ at the top.

Filters that you can use for refining lead search:

- CP Name

- First Name

- Phone No.

- Location

II. After selecting the filter, search the Channel Partner as per the selected filter.

Please Note: CP search will not work if the selected filter & the search query don’t match. For instance, if CP Name is selected in the filter, then you can only search the CPs by their names.

III. After adding the details as per the selected filter from the dropdown, relevant CPs will appear below.

2. Refining The CP List With Filters

Channel Partner dashboard allows you to refine the Channel Partner List according to the agents, ratings, & cities.

I. To refine the CP list, click on the ‘Agents’, ‘Ratings’, or ‘Cities’ present below CP View/Firm View.

II. Select the relevant checkbox from the dropdown, & click on the ‘Apply’ button. 

III. You can search any particular CP from the dropdown as well.
