Create, schedule, or send personalized SMS or Email campaigns to audiences from multiple projects with custom dynamic segmentation.

1. Features Added In The Marketing Panel


Dynamic Audience

  • Create a custom dynamic audience funnel for SMS or Email by segmentation.

  • The audience data will update automatically as per lead movement through the funnel.


Custom Segments

  • Build your custom audience based on buckets (all leads, qualified leads, site visits, bookings, & failed). 

  • You will be able to filter your segments as per assignments or projects.


Personalization

  • Dynamically target each lead through the same campaign by adding ‘[Name]’, and ‘[Email]’ in the SMS or Email template.

  • The marketing panel will automatically fetch each lead's name from the database before sending the SMS or Email to them.


Scheduling Frequency

  • Easily schedule your campaign as per customized frequency, day, & time.

  • You can also select ‘New Users’ to send the SMS or Emails only to the audiences that were updated after the initial campaign blast. 

2. Creating segments with a dynamic audience

You can create custom segments having an audience that gets updated dynamically as per their flow through the funnel. Moreover, building your custom audience segments based on buckets like qualified leads, site visits, failed leads, & others was never this easy. It also allows you to filter your audience in the segments as per all the projects or assignments of the developers.


Steps to create custom segments with a dynamic audience:

I. Select the relevant 'Assignment' & then navigate to 'Segments'.

Note: Regardless of the assignment selected, the segment will fetch the data from all the projects of the developer.


II. Click on the ‘Create Segments’ button.


III. Add the name of the segment.


IV. Mark the status of the segment as ‘Active’.


V. Select the ‘Assignment Type’ from the drop-down.

Manual- It lets you add a dataset manually. The data uploaded manually will not go into the fresh leads.

All Assignments- It collects the data from all the assignments/projects from the respective developer.

Filter By Assignments- It allows you to filter the data from any assignments of the developer.

Filter By Projects- It allows you to filter the data from any projects of the developer.


VI. You can deep filter your data by selecting ‘Buckets’ from the drop-down.

All- It will collect all the data from the selected database.

Qualified- It will filter all the qualified leads.

Visited- It will filter all the leads with site visits.

Booked- It will filter the leads with ‘Booking Done’ status.

Failed- It will filter Failed Leads.


VII. If you want to process this segment for a Google AdWords account, then choose the account from the drop-down accordingly.


VIII. If you want to process this segment for a Facebook account, then choose the account from the drop-down accordingly.


IX. Click on ‘Save’ & then click on ‘Process Segment’.


X. Click again on ‘Save’ to update & create the segment.


3. Creating & scheduling an SMS campaign


After segmenting your audience database, you can now create & schedule bulk SMS campaigns as per suitable frequency, day, & time. While scheduling an SMS campaign, you can dynamically target each lead with personalized messages through the same campaign. Our SMS scheduler also allows you to dynamically send campaigns to new audiences that were updated after the initial campaign blast.


Please Note:
  • For an SMS campaign, a DLT-approved SMS template, template ID, template name, & sender ID is required to configure it in the backend. 
  • Once all the SMS details are approved by DLT, the customer data will also be required in the format of ‘Name’, ‘Email’, & ‘Phone Number’. For SMS campaigns, sharing emails is non-mandatory.
  • You have to create a paid account on Mob Texting & then buy credits for the SMS that you will be sending.
  • After everything is done, share the details with account managers so that they configure it on our system.


Steps to create & schedule your SMS campaign:

I. Click on the ‘SMS’ on the navigation panel on the left side.


II. Select the assignment or the project from the dropdown, and then click on the 'Create New SMS Campaign' button.


III. Add the name of the campaign.


IV. Mark the status of the campaign as ‘Active’.


V. Choose the 'Segments' to whom you want to send the SMS. 


VI. Select the SMS template from the dropdown.

Note: You will be able to view all the DLT-approved SMS templates.


VII. After selecting the SMS template, 'Sender ID' & 'SMS body Text' will be fetched automatically.

Note: The display name is the ‘Sender ID’ for the campaign & it needs to get approved by the DLT platform before sending the campaign.


VIII. After adding all the details of the SMS campaign, you can test your campaign by clicking on ‘Send test message’ below the SMS template.

IX. Once you will click on the 'Send Test Message' option, a pop-up will appear wherein you have to add the 10-digit phone numbers (separated by a comma) & then click on the ‘Send’ button to test your SMS.


X. After testing the campaign, click on ‘Select Freq’ & choose from the drop-down to set the time for sending/scheduling your campaign.

Now- It will send your campaign immediately.

Once- It lets you schedule your campaign once as per date, time, & users.

Every- It allows you to schedule the same campaign multiple times as per day, time, & users.


XI. If the template is tested & everything is in order, then you can click on the ‘Save’ button to update & send/schedule the SMS campaign.

4. Creating & scheduling an Email campaign

You can easily create & schedule email campaigns as per suitable frequency, day, & time. Similar to the SMS campaigns, our email scheduler allows you to target each of your leads with personalized emails through the same campaign & to dynamically send email campaigns only to the new audiences that were updated after the initial campaign blast.


Note: 

  • You can send the email campaigns to the segments that you created earlier. 
  • If you want to send the email to a custom audience, then for that, you have to share the customer data in the format of ‘Name’, ‘Email’, & ‘Phone Number’. For Email campaigns, sharing phone numbers is non-mandatory.
  • For creating email campaigns, you have to sign-up with a paid account on Send Grid. Once signed up, you have to authenticate/verify your details, and then share the auth key with the account manager.
  • Lastly, you have to email [email protected] to register/add your sender ID for the first time.


Steps to create & schedule an email campaign


I. Click on ‘Email’ on the navigation panel on the left side.


II. Select the assignment or the project from the dropdown, and then click on the 'Create New Email Campaign' button.


III. Add the name of the campaign.


IV. Mark the status of the campaign as ‘Active’.


V. Choose the ‘Sender ID’ from the drop-down.

Note: You have to email [email protected] to register your sender ID for the first time. Once it is added, you will be able to view your sender ID in the dropdown.


VI. Choose the ‘Segment’ from the drop-down.


VII. Add the ‘Email Subject’.


VIII. Add the ‘Email Template’.

Note: You can paste normal text or the HTML code for your template in the ‘Email Template’ section.

IX. To personalize your template, you can add ‘Hi [NAME]’ or ‘Hi [EMAIL]’ or ‘Hi [NAME],[EMAIL]’ before the email just as shown in the ‘Creating & Scheduling SMS Campaign’ section.


X. After adding all the details of the Email campaign, you can test your campaign by clicking on ‘Send test email’ below the Email template.

XI. Add test email IDs (separated by a comma) & click on the ‘Send’ button to test your Email.


XII. After testing the template, click on ‘Select Freq’ & choose from the drop-down.

Now- It will send your campaign immediately.

Once- It lets you schedule your campaign once as per date, time, & users.

Every- It allows you to schedule the same campaign multiple times as per day, time, & user.


XIII. If the template is tested & everything is in order, then you can click on the ‘Save’ button to update & send/schedule the Email campaign.


5. Additional Notes


1. Accounts

- You have to top up your account with the credits to create & send SMS campaigns on the Mob Texting website.

- You have to create a paid account on SendGrid which then needs to be authenticated. Post this, you have to share the auth key with Account Managers to send the email blasts. You can check your email performance stats from SendGrid itself.


2. SMS Approval

For an SMS campaign, a DLT-approved SMS template, template ID, template name, & sender ID are required to configure it in the backend. Once configured, you can use it on your own.

Note: It is recommended to test all your campaigns before sending them to the leads.


3. Customer Data

Once all the SMS details are approved by DLT, the customer data will also be required in the format of ‘Name’, ‘Email’, & ‘Phone Number’. 

Note: For SMS campaigns, sharing emails is non-mandatory.


4. Email Sender ID
