Features Added In The Marketing Panel


Dynamic Audience

  • Create a custom dynamic audience funnel for SMS or Email by segmentation.

  • The audience data will update automatically as per lead movement through the funnel.


Custom Segments

  • Build your custom audience based on buckets (all leads, qualified leads, site visits, bookings, & failed). 

  • You will be able to filter your segments as per assignments or projects.


Personalization

  • Dynamically target each lead through the same campaign by adding ‘[Name]’, ‘[Email]’ in the SMS or Email template.

  • The marketing panel will automatically fetch the name of each lead from the database before sending the SMS or Email to them.


Scheduling Frequency

  • Easily schedule your campaign as per customized frequency, day, & time.

  • You can also select ‘New Users’ to send the SMS or Emails only to the audiences that were updated after the initial campaign blast. 

Create segments with a dynamic audience

You can create custom segments having an audience that gets updated dynamically as per their flow through the funnel. Moreover, building your custom audience segments based on buckets like qualified leads, site visits, failed leads, & others was never this easy. It also allows you to filter your audience in the segments as per all the projects or assignments of the developers.


Steps to create custom segments with a dynamic audience:

  • Navigate to ‘Segments’.


  • Select the relevant ‘Assignment’.

Note: Regardless of the assignment selected, the segment will fetch the data from all the projects of the developer.


  • Click on the ‘Create Segments’ button.


  • Add the name of the segment.


  • Mark status of the segment as ‘Active’.

  • Select the ‘Assignment Type’ from the drop-down.

Manual- It lets you add a dataset manually. The data uploaded manually will not go into the fresh leads.

All Assignments- It collects the data from all the assignments/projects from the respective developer.

Filter By Assignments- It allows you to filter the data from any assignments of the developer.

Filter By Projects- It allows you to filter the data from any projects of the developer.


  • You can deep filter your data by selecting the ‘Buckets’ from the drop-down.

All- It will collect all the data from the selected database.

Qualified- It will filter all the qualified leads.

Visited- It will filter all the leads with site visits.

Booked- It will filter the leads with ‘Booking Done’ status.

Failed- It will filter Failed Leads.


  • If you want to process this segment for a Google AdWords account, then choose the account from the drop-down accordingly.


  • If you want to process this segment for a Facebook account, then choose the account from the drop-down accordingly.


  • Click on ‘Save’.

  • Click on ‘Process Segment’.

  • Click on ‘Save’ to update & create the segment.


Creating & scheduling SMS campaign

After segmenting your audience database, you can now create & schedule bulk SMS campaigns as per suitable frequency, day, & time. While scheduling an SMS campaign, you can dynamically target each lead with personalized messages through the same campaign. Our SMS scheduler also allows you to dynamically send campaigns to new audiences that were updated after the initial campaign blast.


Steps to create & schedule your SMS campaign:

  • Click on the ‘SMS’ on the navigation panel on the left side.


  • Select the assignment or the project from the dropdown.


  • Click on the ‘Create New SMS Campaign’ button.


  • Add the name of the campaign.


  • Mark status of the campaign as ‘Active’.


  • Choose the ‘Display Name’ from the drop-down.

Note: Display name is the ‘Sender ID’ for the campaign & it needs to get approved by the TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority Of India) before sending the campaign. 


  • Select the segments that you created from the drop-down.

Note: If you want, you can also select from the previously created campaigns.


  • In the ‘Template Box’, add the message that you want to send to your leads or audiences.

Note: Similar to the ‘Display Name’, the template or message content also needs to get approved by TRAI.


  • To personalize your template, you can add ‘Hi [NAME]’ or ‘Hi [EMAIL]’ or ‘Hi [NAME],[EMAIL]’ before the message.

Note: You don’t need to add the actual name or email of the lead in the template. By adding [Name] or [Email], the campaign will automatically fetch the respective details from the database.


  • You can choose ‘Subsource’ from the drop-down (if any).


  • You can choose ‘Campaign Key’ from the drop-down (if any).


  • After adding all the details of the SMS campaign, you can test your campaign by clicking on ‘Send test message’ below the SMS template.


  • Add test 10 digit phone numbers (separated by the comma) & click on the ‘Send’ button to test your SMS.


  • After testing the campaign, click on the ‘Select Freq’ & choose from the drop-down to set the time for sending/scheduling your campaign.

Now- It will send your campaign immediately.

Once- It lets you schedule your campaign once as per date, time, & users.

Every- It allows you to schedule the same campaign multiple times as per day, time, & users.


  • If the template is tested & everything is in order, then you can click on the ‘Save’ button to update & send/schedule the SMS campaign.

Creating & scheduling an Email campaign

You can easily create & schedule email campaigns as per suitable frequency, day, & time. Similar to the SMS campaigns, our email scheduler allows you to target each of your leads with personalized emails through the same campaign & to dynamically send email campaigns only to the new audiences that were updated after the initial campaign blast.


Steps to create & schedule an email campaign

  • Click on the ‘Email’ on the navigation panel on the left side.


  • Select the assignment or the project from the drop-down.


  • Click on the ‘Create New Email Campaign’ button.


  • Add the name of the campaign.


  • Mark status of the campaign as ‘Active’.


  • Choose the ‘Sender ID’ from the drop-down.

Note: You have to share the email with us for AWS configuration. After configuring, the OTP will be sent to the email which you have to send to our team to complete the Sender ID Configuration.


  • Choose the ‘Segment’ from the drop-down.


  • Add the ‘Email Subject’.


  • Add the ‘Email Template’.

Note: You can paste normal text or the HTML code for your template in the ‘Email Template’ section.


  • To personalize your template, you can add ‘Hi [NAME]’ or ‘Hi [EMAIL]’ or ‘Hi [NAME],[EMAIL]’ before the email just as shown in the ‘Creating & Scheduling SMS Campaign’ section.


  • You can choose ‘Subsource’ from the drop-down (if any).


  • You can choose ‘Campaign Key’ from the drop-down (if any).


  • After adding all the details of the Email campaign, you can test your campaign by clicking on ‘Send test email’ below the Email template.


  • Add test email IDs (separated by the comma) & click on the ‘Send’ button to test your Email.


  • After testing the template, click on the ‘Select Freq’ & choose from the drop-down.

Now- It will send your campaign immediately.

Additional Notes

  • Recharge: 

You have to top up your account with the credits to create & send SMS or Email campaigns.

  • SMS Approval

You have to share the TRAI-approved ‘Template’ and ‘Sender’ with us or your vendor to configure it in the backend. Once configured, you can use it on your own.

Note: It is recommended to test all your campaigns before sending them to the leads.


  • SMS Counter

You can check the total remaining number of SMS against your credit with the SMS Counter.


  • Email Approval

Share your email id with us for AWS configuration. Our team will require the OTP received in your shared email to complete the configuration.
