1. Call Center (CC)
The marketing panel allows you to access the details of the leads which are routed through the call center. These leads are received by the CC agents from various digital channels and then dispatched to the Sales Agents. The details include lead source, sub-source, date, & lead status (Patch outs, Junk, Failed, Fresh, Follow-Ups).
2. Steps to view call center lead details
I. Login to the Marketing Panel.
II. Select the ‘Assignment’ from the dropdown.
III. Navigate to the ‘Call Center’ under the ‘Reports’ in the left sidebar.
IV. The report showing all the CC leads along with the details will open.
V. You can remove any column by clicking on the ‘Columns’ and then selecting the value against any particular column that you want to remove.
VI. To add the column in the report, click on ‘Columns’, then click on ‘Add Columns’, and then select the values of the column that you want to add.
VII. You can download the report by navigating to the 3 dots present on the top right side, and then clicking on the ‘Download’.
3. Using available filters to get deeper insights into the CC leads
You can filter the listed CC leads in the marketing panel using various available filters on time, source, & sub-source. These filters are available on top of the report.
I. Date Filter: This will allow you to check the CC lead details on the selected date.
II. Source: It will filter the CC leads on the basis of the selected source.
III. Sub-source: It will filter the CC leads on the basis of the selected sub-source.
Note:
You can click on ‘Select Visible’ or ‘Clear Visible’ to select or clear all the sources & sub-sources.
