Navigate to:

1. Login to the dashboard

1. How You Can Login To The Dashboard?

Once ANAROCK Tech’s support team shares the details on your email id, you can log in to the dashboard using your email ID or phone number.

 

When you log in to the dashboard with your registered email id, you can use the default password that you received on your email. While using your registered mobile number to log in, you will receive an OTP on your phone number & email. 

 

Our system gives the option to send an OTP via voice call if there are 3 successive delays, errors, or failures while receiving an OTP on your email or registered phone number.


 

Note: 

- It is recommended to change the default password after the 1st login.

- You will receive an OTP on your email from the “Anarock Support <no-reply@anarock-mailer.com>” sender ID.

- You will receive an OTP on your phone from the “QP-ANRLMS” sender ID.


 

2. You Will Receive Login Details From The Support Team 


After creating your profile, the support team will share all the relevant details to your email.

Details that you will receive:

- Access Type

- Relevant Links

- Login Credentials

- Registered Phone No for OTP

- Registered Email ID

- Default Password



3. Resetting The Default Password 


3.1. Changing The Password From The Login Screen


I. Click on the dashboard link received in your email.

II. Add your company code.

III. Choose ‘Email Address’ in the login type. Add your email & then click on the ‘Confirm’ button.

 

IV. Now, click on the ‘Forgot Password’.

 

V. You will receive a link in your registered email ID for resetting your password.

VI. After clicking on the link, it will redirect you to the new tab asking you to reset the password.

VII. Add a new password & then click on the ‘Reset Password’ button.


3.2. Changing The Password From The Dashboard

I. Click on the dashboard link received in your email.

II. Add your company code.

III. Choose ‘Phone Number’ or ‘Email Address’ in the login type and then add the phone number or email id as per the login type.

IV. Add the OTP received on your email or phone number & log in to the dashboard.

V. Click on the top right icon, & then click on the ‘Change Password’.

 

VI. It will redirect you to the new tab asking you to change your password.

VII. Add the default password (shared with you in your email) in the old password field. Add the new password, & then add your new password again to confirm it. 

VIII. Once all the details are added, click on the ‘Update Password’ button to save the new password.



4. Important Things To Know

- You should always reset your password for the 1st time after receiving the details from support.
