Access and its views

• Users with multi city access will be able to view - ALG, Cities, Projects, TL Overview

• Users with 1 city multi-mandate access- will be able to view -  ALG, Projects, TL Overview

Date Selection

• Two options available to view insights:

  • Preset: Choose from predefined date ranges

  • Custom: Select a specific date range

ALG View

The ALG View includes the following sections, designed to help the leadership team review mandate performance:

• Overall Insight: Comprehensive overview of mandate performance.

• Sales Value Generated by Cities: Breakdown of sales value by city

• Top 3 Sales Value Contributing Mandates: Highlights the top 3 mandates contributing the most to sales value.

• Agents Insights: Detailed performance metrics for agents.

• Source Group Wise Sales Contribution: Analysis of sales contributions by different source groups.

• Source Group Wise Unit Contribution: Breakdown of unit contributions by source groups.

(Note: Hovering over the graph in all these sections will highlight metrics)

Cities View

The Cities View helps the leadership team review city-level performance with the following sections:

• Overall Insight: Summary of city-level performance.

• Sales Value Generated by Cities: Breakdown of sales value by city.

• Project List: All projects in the selected cities

Projects

The Projects View helps track project-level performance with the following sections:

• Sales Value Generated by Project: Overview of sales value for each project.

TL Overview

TL Overview remains unchanged and is similar to the Overview section of the dashboard. Here, you can get an overview of mandate, project, or team performance.

Multi-Mandate Selection

• Before:

  • Search only by mandate name

  • Single mandate selection

• Now:

  • Search by mandate, project, developer, or city

  • Select multiple mandates simultaneously

Mandate Status Filter

• View mandates by "All" and "Active" status options

NOTE : You can choose between “All” projects and “Active” projects in the system. Non-active projects are projects which have been deleted by users on Mandate settings. 


Lead Section

Old: Mandate selection was restricted

New: Mandate selection is now possible

Lead Transfer

Leads can now be transferred using Lead card and Lead ID

With lead card ( Select the leads that you want to transfer and select “Confirm Transfer”)

Note: If multiple mandates are selected, Please select one mandate from which you want to transfer the lead. Only one mandate can be selected here.

• With lead ID  ( Enter Lead IDs of the leads separated by “,” and click continue to transfer

*Select the project where you want to transfer the leads.
