1. Overview


Recently some of our users faced an issue wherein they were routed to the Pivots while logging in to the marketing panel. This article covers the steps that users can follow to avoid this issue while accessing the marketing panel. The user needs to clear the cache of their browser, and then they have to log in to the marketing panel with the mentioned link.



2. Browser-Specific Steps To Clear Cache


2.1. Google Chrome


I. In the Google Chrome Browser, click on the More options “3 dots” at the top right corner.


II. Go to the ‘More Tools’ & then click on the ‘Clear Browsing Data’. 


III. Choose the Time Range & then check the boxes next to the ‘Cookies & other site data’ and ‘Cached images and files’.


IV. Click on the Clear Data button.




2.2. Microsoft Edge


I. Open the Microsoft Edge browser & click on the Settings & More options in the upper right corner of your browser window.


II. Click on the Settings option.


III. Go to the Privacy, Search & Services option in the left sidebar.


IV. Scroll down to the ‘Browsing Data’ and then click on the ‘Choose what to clear’ button.


V. Choose the Time Range & then check the boxes next to the ‘Cookies & other site data’ and ‘Cached images and files’.


VI. Click the ‘Clear now’ button.




2.3. Mozilla Firefox


I. Open the Mozilla Firebox browser & click on the ‘Hamburger’ icon in the upper right corner of your browser window and then go to the ‘Options’.


II. Click on the Privacy & Security option in the left sidebar.


III. Scroll down to the ‘Cookies & Site Data’ and then click the ‘Clear Data’ button.


IV. Check the boxes next to the ‘Cookies & Site Data’ and ‘Cached Web Content’.


V. Click on the ‘Clear’ button.



3. Steps to Login To The Marketing Panel


I. First login to the Dashboard after clearing the cache.


II. Now, log in to the Marketing Panel with the below link.

III. Click on the “Log in with Anarock” option on the login page of the Marketing Panel.


IV. Enter the credentials & proceed to log in to the Marketing Panel.
