Overview
Marketing being at the crucial point of our end to end CRM suite of products is prone to high priority issues raised by the business on mainly two things:
1. Missed Leads
2. Overspend (Spends on digital campaigns crossed the Budget available from the developer)
Let's look at these high priority issues that can be solved by providing marketing alerts to the right people in time for appropriate action.
Missed Leads/Inquiries:
Facebook Leadgen inactive since last 15 mins: This comes when our system doesn't receive any new inquiry from FB for 15 mins.
Meta Inquiries not syncing due to Page access not provided
Meta Inquiries not syncing due to Form not added on panel
Meta Inquiries not syncing due to Forms not synced in the system (This is again due to access lost for that page)
Meta Inquiries not syncing due to Page access revoked
For Spends:
Daily Alert: Budget Overspent for Mandate X is Y INR. This reminds users of ongoing budget overspending for a specific mandate (X). The amount (Y INR) considers the client's total transfer and their remaining marketing budget.
Threshold Alert: Budget Available for Mandate X has dropped below Y INR. This user-defined alert reminds users if the remaining budget for a mandate (X) falls below a specified threshold (Y INR).
How to to enable Marketing alerts:
Go to Marketing Panel >> Configuration >> Account Details >> Email for Alerts
